When you use NemID, we automatically issue a new code card when you begin to run out of codes. By default, a new card is issued when you have 20 codes left.
If you use more codes than the average person, you can change when new code cards are issued.
If you will be unable to receive code cards for a period of time, for example in connection with an extended stay abroad, you may order up to three extra code cards.

You can change the settings for the issue of code cards and order extra code cards under the Self Service menu at NemID.nu, or by clicking "NemID Self Service" in the left menu when logged into Netbank.
