Unsupported browsers

Problem:

Your operating system or your browser is not updated and therefore you can not log in to the netbank.

Cause:

Netbank is constantly testet on a lot of different browsers installed on a variety of operatingsystems and the Netbank works on almost all combinations of browser and operating system. Please note that Netbank Suppport can not offer technical assistance on every single combination of browser and operating system.p>

Not supported browsers:

    Internet Explorer 10 or older versions
  • We advise against accessing Netbank while using Internet Explorer 10 as this browser may have security issues.
    We reccomend that you upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer, you can download an upgrade through Microsofts websted
  • Note that this does not apply to businesses!

    Older versions of Firefox
  • We advise against accessing Netbank while using older versions of Firefox as these browsers may have security issues. You can download the newest version of Firefox from www.Firefox.com.

    Older versions of Google Chrome
  • We advise against accessing the Netbank while using older versions of Google Chrome as these browsers may have security issues. We advise that you periodicly update your Google Chrome browser, either by using the default auto-updater, or by going to www.google.com/chrome.

    Safari on Windows
  • Netbank may work when using Safari on Windows, but as this is an untested solution, Netbank Support can not offer technical assistance, neither by phone nor mail, in regards to using Safari on Windows to access Netbank.

    Safari 9 or older versions
  • We advise against accessing the Netbank while using older versions of Safari. You have to update to at least Safari 10. You can update Safari by using the Software Update application installed on your Mac computer. You can contact Apple Support for help in regard to updating your Safari by going to Apple Support.

    Opera
  • Netbank may work with Opera, but as this is an untested solution, Netbank Support can not offer technical assistance, neither by phone nor mail, in regards to using Opera to access Netbank.

    Other browsers
  • Netbank is constantly tested on many different combinations of browser and operating system and as long as your operating system and browser can handle Java, JavaScript and https/ssl (secure sites) the Netbank should work. However, Netbank Support cannot offer technical assistance for all browsers.

    Beta browsers, release candidate, release preview versions etc..
  • We can not offer any support to users using beta browsers or release candidate browsers.
